"Since I moved to the area 8 years ago Neece Jewelers has been my go to for repairs, purchases and re-designs of a few pieces of my jewelry. They have transformed pins, that were given to me by my grandmother from the early 1900's, into necklaces that my daughters now wear. The most recent piece is a Black Rhodium band in which Tom, the jeweler, set 10 small diamonds that were my grandfathers. It was made specifically for my son who is named after him. It has much sentimental value and Tom took great care to make it a memorable piece. He gave us excellent advice and helped my son with the choice of materials and design of the ring. His work was flawless and needless to say my son is one happy man and I'm one happy customer. I'll be back to see Tom soon with another project. Thank you Tom and Neece Jewelers."

"My wife, Kim, recently brought her engagement ring in to be reset into a new setting. It was a most satisfying and rewarding experience to work with the staff at Neece!! They painstakingly took the time to work with Kim to perfect the look of the new ring and created multiple 3D models on the computer as well as two wax models to show how the ring would look in real time so she would feel comfortable with the new setting. They hand-picked the most beautiful surrounding stones that perfectly accentuate the original heart-shaped stone. But the most rewarding moment came when we picked up the finished product!! It was magnificent to say the least!! While the original ring was a beauty, the new ring capitalized on the shape to make the new ring exquisite!! It was such a small price to pay for all the work involved to create such a piece of remarkable quality and beauty!! We can't thank the whole staff at Neece enough, especially Suzanne, who worked so closely with Kim throughout the whole process! Thank you for all the excellent, hard work!!! On another note, I read all the wonderful reviews but couldn't help seeing the negative review by someone insinuating that the positive reviews came from relatives...I can assure that we are not related to of any of the staff! Neece was recommended by one of our friends who also had great experiences with them as you can see by all the 5 star reviews!!! No business can make everyone happy, especially those who are never happy and feel they must denigrate a local business in these trying times! One instance of a miserable customer and how they treated the staff was witnessed when Kim and another customer were recently in the store...the person was nasty and rude, but the staff still treated them with respect...that prompted the other customer to promptly and proudly, purchase an item from the store as reinforcement to the staff at how well they treated the unhappy person. In conclusion, as a fellow happy 5 star customer, we share our rewarding experience with all others...when all other reviews are 5 star and there are one or two bad apples, go with the majority and you will be happy you did!!
