"I fully recommend Appliance Direct Orlando (East Colonial Drive in Bithlo area). At this location, a few months ago, I purchased a new washer and dryer with extended warranties. I am a careful shopper. For a few weeks, I visited and compared the offerings for the identical items (washer, dryer, and extended warranty) at three nearby, “box” stores, a club warehouse, and the manufacturer’s website for promotions. Appliance Direct Orlando was price competitive. However, Appliance Direct Orlando had more to offer, namely, comfortable store display, in-stock product, product that was new with factory registration cards, an extended warranty that refunds more when not used, and a factory rebate that some of the other stores did not mention, and best of all -- Doug Prescott, owner and manager. Mr. Prescott was top notch. He was always accessible, informative, and professional. With Appliance Direct Orlando, I got it all -- a good deal and a peace of mind!"

"If you are looking for any home appliances this is the place to go. Best prices guaranteed and even better customer service. We recently bought a set of Maytag Washer and dryer. The dryer from the very first day started making a rattling sound. Sent a video of the dryer with audio. Next day got another delivered. No other store do that. Others will tell you to contact warranty. Not them. They will work with you to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!!!! Delivery service is excellent too. The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. They took care of everything. I also recommend their delivery service a 100%. Very happy with my purchase and the whole experience."
