Edible Arrangements

"I wanted to do something a little different for Valentine’s Day. I ordered from Edible Arrangements for the first time for my husband. Unfortunately, that time will be my only and last time ordering. He did not enjoy his arrangement at all. I was extremely disappointed."

"I've ordered three or four in the past two years for my girlfriend. The fruit is good and its delivered on time. However, every order I've done something was substituted without prior notice. I ordered a "Heartfelt Delights Bakeshop Box" for valentines day this year (2024). The box is pictured coming with six chocolate covered strawberries, two cheesecakes, and two brownies. I was kind of looking forward to trying the brownies (they're pictured with what looks like peanut butter and fudge on top). I ordered it Feb 5, so nine days in advance. I didn't get the brownies, in place of the brownies was chocolate chip and sugar cookies. this is the third or fourth order I have done with edible arrangements and they all have had an item subbed out."

"Late in posting this Valentine’s Day delivery. There was a slight issue with the order but 1 call to Alicia & she fixed it & showed the care & concern that is lacking in so many other businesses these days. I believe she even had the driver extend his hours to get our corrected order to us on Vilano (out of the way) that night (on one the busiest holidays of the year). I would highly recommend this location over other locations especially for the customer service."

"Very helpful & friendly staff! Beautifully made edible arrangement! I placed a last minute order online for a friend’s graduation surprise. I called back the very next morning to ask to change the delivery time and they were beyond accommodating! Thank you to whoever I spoke to on that early morning (even before your opening hours) and to the team for the beautifully delivered arrangement. It was a hit & the graduate absolutely loved & enjoyed the surprise! 20 August 2022."

"My favorite place for a cool and unique gift. I have not met anyone who has not liked an edible arrangement gift. Awesome for last minute gift on the run. It's better if you plan ahead and put in an order ahead of time. Kristal was awesome and was able to put something together while I waited. They also have balloons and cards"
