"customer service is not a priority for them. I tried to call multiple times after ordering online from out of state. I recieved a confirmation email but never had any communication beyond that. I tried to call the number on their website and invoice multiple times with no answer or ability to leave a voicemail. I held off thinking maybe that the flowers would be delivered a little later than requested, but its been enough time with no delivery or word from the owner. Very disappointed."
