"If you are looking for a florist that will meet all of your expectations when choosing to send flowers...this is the right one! I recently tried to send flowers to my daughter, who was working at her Salon on her Birthday. I live in Seattle so I started my internet search for a florist near her business and was directed to one of those online floral services advertising end enticing me with best deals, free same day delivery, etc. I had no choice, not knowing the area, but to use this floral service. However, after placing my online order, I thought I should call directly to confirm that she would get her flowers on her Birthday with same day delivery promise they advertised. The agent put me on hold to call the florist they were contracted with directly, to verify my order request. She came back on the phone, said she had spoken to the shop directly, and promised me that they had the arrangement in the picture menu, and reassured me my daughter would have her flowers by 4:00 pm. Minutes later, I receive an email stating they were out of those flowers and the delivery of a similar arrangement would not be made until the next day. Not acceptable!!! I called the 888 number again, and told them they had out and out lied to me, and tomorrow was not her Birthday. Fortunately for me, I had the good sense to keep searching and actually found The Floral Emporium, the one florist in the area of my daughters Salon that had a local number and not an 800 number. I called the number, Janice answered the phone, I told her my story. She said she could sell me an arrangement but her deliveries had gone out for the day, but when I asked her how far the Salon was from her shop, she said just around the corner actually. So, I asked if it would be possible for her to deliver it to my daughter's salon on her way home, just so my daughter would know her Mother hadn't forgotten about her birthday and to help brighten her special day. Janice, kindly agreed to do this for me, understanding the importance of my special request. It was unknown to me, that this was all happening during a tropical rain storm. Janice, armed and wrapped in a garbage bag along with the plastic wrapped large, beautiful flower arrangement she had designed; closed up shop and headed for home. As she had promised me, Janice arrived in my Daughter's salon soaking wet with the well protected flowers, and hand delivered them to my daughter, Janice is my hero...My daughter was overwhelmed by this gesture.I wish there were more people like her in the service industry; that are willing to go above and beyond to make people happy and to meet their paying customers expectations. "I request a flower from this place and the sent something total diferent and ugly I do not recommend this place at all, also went I get the bill they charge down the name of ace hardware that why they don't know how to make it a nice flowers arrangements.
