"DO NOT OPEN A FAIRWINDS ACCOUNT!!!! We have learned the hard way. We moved to the area over the summer. Opened a JOINT account with my wife doing the paperwork. Because of that, I CANNOT get statements online, get ANYTHING with my name on it (which I need to apply for a mortgage and other financing) or get ANYWHERE with them. Their solution is to go in person, open a NEW joint account, close the old one. So now my wife has the same issue I have. This is the most stone age bank I've ever seen, and I dont think they even realize it. JUST STAY AWAY Edit: the time to help was before you caused me hours of frustration at the ridiculousness of your systems and policies. I already had to waste my time by leaving work to visit in person what every other bank can do online. I’ll be visiting one last time, to close my account"

"Desiree, the Assistant Manager is absolutely awesome - and she's been awesome back a number of years since we first meet her years ago. Today, 10.19.23 we were inside to meet with her to help with a couple of matters. Fantastic customer service! We greatly appreciate her professionalism and kindness and courtesy. **************Went inside the bank on Tuesday, January 12th to make a deposit. As usual I received excellent service from the greeting to the actual deposit. We've banked here for a number of years; and I often go inside the bank instead of the drive-thru. There are a good number of professional, polite, and helpful employees especially including Desiree, the Assistant Manager. (She did my used car loan at a fantastic rate.) Kevin, the manager, runs an efficient staff. The exceptional service is most appreciated."
