"I went to put some money into the account of one of their own customers. I had the information of the destination account, my driver's license, and my debit card. I was told that I could not do that. When I told them I had done that at least two times before, they insisted it could not be done. So I started to leave and on the way out told them they were wrong. A woman in one of the offices stopped me and offered. I told her that i was told three times that I could not be helped. I was visibly angry and I raised my voice. Eventually, she called the police because I was "yelling". I pointed out to her that being nice, courteous, and calm didn't work, so I had to try something else. A man came to tell me to calm down. He said there was surely a misunderstanding, and I told him that i had done this before and I did all I could to explain what I wanted to do, so it is not my fault. They finally got the "impossible" transaction completed, but I don't remember anybody apologizing. The man said I would be welcome there any time in the future, but I don't believe it. He said that if I had more business to conduct there in the future, I should come to him. I don't think we should have to look up somebody special in order to conduct normal business. And why would I return to a place that requires you get loud to get done what you want, and then you have the police called when you do get loud? Was I calm and reasonable? Yes, at first, but that didn't work. Was I loud? Yes, after I had been refused the service they didn't want to give. Did I fail to communicate what I wanted done? No, English is my first language, and I explained clearly what I wanted to do. People should not have to go through this to get the service the business is supposed to provide. I was shown to a waiting area where I could sit while the impossible transaction was being worked on. I sat there, and the man came and gave me my receipt, license, and debit card. He said I could go, but I didn't want to go and have the police arrive later and find that I had possibly run away. He said it would not be necessary, but I didn't believe him. He said that the police were not coming, but I don't believe him. Then he told me that they canceled the call to the police. I don't know if that's true or not. I had work to do so after a few minutes I left anyway. I do not believe I would be "welcome" to go back and do this again. I will go to another branch, even though it's much farther away. Unfortunately, to do business these days, people have to go through these hassles. Nobody seemed concerned over this. They were too concerned with me not being sufficiently polite. They should be grateful for the one star rating. You have to give them that to post your review. Follow up: There is no need to contact me. I'll just go to a different branch, even though farther away, when I need to do this again, and everybody will be happy."

Bonnie Wersinger went above and beyond to help me, she was kind, funny, very knowledgeable and professional. This is the absolute best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time, it was a blessing to have meet. I fell like her God put her in my path to help me with my financial needs. I absolutely recommend this bank every one was super nice, but Bonnie is the absolute best so if you are in need of financial assistance go see her you will not regret it!!"

"Had a issue with my first time card and they assisted me quickly, the first resolution did not help at all, but coming back in they were more concerned THEN me, which is top notch service, how you care more than me? I appreciate they huge support an I was their for a while, but they got it done and did NOT rush me to test, they waited with no complaints or moans or groans.
