"I had visions of dealing with a couple of baked, distracted college kids, but this place is fantastic. It's clean, professional and upscale. The gentleman I dealt with, Derek, was exactly what I was looking for. He asked me questions and got an idea of what I was looking for, then talked to me about research on the specific traits of various strains and pros/cons of the different delivery methods. It was very similar to dealing with an on-the-ball pharmacist: empathetic, up on all the research, authoritative without being intimidating. I really can't recommend them highly enough, and if you have first-time cold feet like I did they'll put you at ease and take great care of you."

"I’ve only shopped at vidacann a couple times. The products were mediocre at best and the selection was horrible. I check back frequently to see if new products have become available and it’s the same products over and over. Recently you guys came out with rosin and our store hasn’t had any since that announcement. Now today the price has dropped, yet still no rosin. Please send more and better products to this store!"
