"The process of buying my house started out great Austin was helpful explaining the process and being available then came two days before closing and because of an error on bank of England's my closing was changed not once but twice second time because the title company closed on a random day Jan 2 not a holiday. Austin did try smooth it over but the bad taste was already there. If this feedback is for Austin only I would say talk to your clients in a quiet environment with no distractions in the background especially when the client had anxiety from rescheduling multiple vendors for a closing date that didn't happen."
