"scammers. dont order anything online here. trash customer service as well. the audacity to say no refund after ordering this for valentines day 2 weeks early and still not shipped as we speak. valentines in 2 days and now i cant order flowers anywhere since the time is to close to the date. when i asked why it wasnt shipped and how am i expecting this to arrive on valentines day when im on the other side of the world and they just responded "not our fault if its not on time no refunds will be given" reporting you guys to bbb and ftc. you guys are definition of trash"

"I placed an order for my mother’s birthday, and she received the order on time; however she wasn’t satisfied with the flowers, she said the flowers didn’t look fresh. I felt so bad because I live in a different state."

"I have ordered these amazing flowers a couple of times now and every time they have not not failed to leaved me totally WOWed. Such amazing quality and aesthetic appeal every time and they last quote a while as well. They have such amazing presentation and options. Both when ordering for pick up and delivery, they have always conducted business with the utmost respect and professionalism."

"Is it possible to give zero stars for ZERO delivery. These people are ridiculous, I got a call around 7:20pm from driver saying she was on her way to deliver I told her I was not at work and to deliver to my house. I called and repeated myself and she didn’t even speak English I explained I was supposed to receive my delivery in the morning. She kept giving me cheap excuses as to why they are delivering so late. She states she could bring me my order to my home address, less than 5 miles from my work, I quickly text to her my address in Spanish, and received no answer and no reply and no delivery. Few hours later we get an email saying that they couldn't deliver and to contact them to reschedule which is IMPOSSIBLE because no one answers calls or emails in this place. It’s been the worst experience and most terrible customer service I’ve ever received."

"A week later and my wife still loving the roses. They are still vibrant and brightens up the room. She even says she doesn't want flowers from anywhere else. Lex and Roses has set the standard so high I can't get walgreen flowers anymore."
