"We were staying in an RV park in Green Cove Springs in January 2024. The weather dropped to freezing for the previous week n our LP ran out. Hoping not to move our Class A motor home to go get LP, I called AA Propane on a Sunday (1/221/24) for assistance. Their office was closed, but the answering service took a message. I got a return call n Curtis came out to the RV park within a few hours. It was quick n much needed. It was great their truck team was able to respond during this very cold weather period. Nice folks n great service."

"I was suspicious of a leak so Doug and Dillon came out quickly. It turned out that the leak was coming from my generator which AA Propane did NOT install. Instead of leaving me with a leaky regulator and waiting for Double A generator folks to come out, they replaced the regulator on the spot. Thank you so much!!!"

"My husband and I have had a journey with a previous unnamed company in 2020. We purchased a 500 gallon propane tank from this company that really did not fill our tank with 400 gallons of propane as they said they did, and we were told the gauge didn’t work. Fast forward to AA Propane, a company that cares about their customers. This company had to put two connections in for the fireplace and generator so that this requirement would meet the generator company’s requirements. Each time I called, I either spoke to the receptionist and David who both were so helpful. Today Curtis came out and checked the gauge-when he started putting in propane, it worked. He was so kind to us and even came in to light the pilot light in fireplace. We will call AA Propane again around mid January to fill the tank. We cannot say enough about what a pleasure it has been to deal with this company, and if you need a recommendation, do not hesitate to read our review! So wonderful that a company like this exists that has honest, hardworking and sincere people who work there!"

"When tasked with burying a 1000 gallon propane tank on our property, the team from AA was efficient, courteous, and professional... but the biggest standout was Charles, who came out to do the final hookup between the tank and our new 48kw Generac. Upon taking in what had been placed so far, he made the decision to relocate the outlet to the other side of the generator so that it wouldn't obstruct the walkway between our shed and the machinery. Not only was this a thoughtful call in terms of safety (he was concerned our little one could easily be tripped up), it made a HUGE aesthetic difference. Further, Charles did all of this without concern about the time it might take or just how dusty he might get making it happen - he was about getting it done right, with an eye to detail... and the pride he takes in his job is easy to see. Highly recommended!"
