"What can I said, worst experience, they never pick up the phone, I put a claim ticket and call the 877 number to check the status of my order, never happens, the guy I believe tried his best but, he was lost and make me several questions, and put me in hold several times, but he really don’t know what happens, they said their mission es deliver happiness, sorry you fail in your mission. I still don’t believe how a company like that is doing business finally I requested a full refund since is 5:30pm and the time I place the order was 8:03 am of the same day almost 8 hours to make a delivery few blocks away C’mon Guys are you kidding me"
