"I have given this place so many chances, and I always say I am never going back and I keep going back. They sell the roses by the length, I bought 2 exact sizes, different colors and the length is completely different. I had to go back because the bright pink roses that I bought were rotten, the petals flew off and the lady told me there was nothing wrong and she even accused me stealing 1 flower because there was 11 not 12. The petals are weak and stems super thin. I should have just gotten my money back and she still made me pay 2 more dollars for the exchange. This will be the last time. I think Publix has better quality. Next time I will just buy from people in the street who are hustling more and are nicer."

"If I can give this place a negative star I would. 30 mins ago I bought these tulips & a bunch of eucalyptus as well. When I got home I realized while taking the plastic off the flowers mold & they were dying. I called the shop & an elder lady picked up the phone. I told her what was going & she started Demanding I bring back the flowers either today, or tomorrow. To see what I'm seeing, and if not she wouldn't reimburse me. She also blamed me for not checking the flowers while I was there, and that it wasn't their fault. She kept talking over me, & was extremely rude. She kept mentioning that she was not going to reimburse me unless I brought the flowers in. She didn't care that I specifically told her I live an hour away & I would not be able to. I asked her for a phone number to send the photos of the flowers which she kept denying giving me a number. She ended up hanging up on me, calling me from a new phone to apparently send the photos there. She also asked me what I was going to do with the flowers which I told her clearly throw away which then she laughed. I sent the photos & never got a response. Not only was this the worst customer service, but she was EXTREMELY Unprofessional & a waste of my money. Save your money & go to another flower shop."
