"My Birthday was on 12/10. My sister ordered a cake Flower, three balloons and a bear. The order came. It was missing the bear, the floral was spray painted, and one of the balloons was deflated. She texted on the app. They promised a redelivery for the next day before 5. I got the delivery after 5:30pm. It was missing one balloon, the balloons and floral cake looked like it was for a male. I thanked my sister for thinking of me on my birthday. However 1-800 Flowers failed on their part."

"Order chocolate covered strawberries and I was promised that I would receive them between 9-10am and I called many times only to get the same response: the stores message system is full and the message sent to the store they’ve not replied to. I had to step out and I was gone for 45 minutes my delivery showed up and they left me a door tag without any information on it. I called and let them know I just missed them after waiting home for 7 hours and they promised me they will redeliver by 8pm. I waited another 4 hours and no one showed up with my delivery. Called for a 4th time only to get the runaround again. Honestly, order from edible delights I used 1800 because of a coupon, and truthfully you get what you pay. Don’t shop here unless you want yourself or that special person the be let down. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star."

"Worst experience/service EVER!! Placed an order to be deliver the next day. Per the website, next day delivery was available. Had originally placed an order for a Fruit Arrangement. I received an email the night before the delivery date at midnight asking to call them. I called early in the morning and was notified that the delivery date had to be changed for the next day. When I asked for a reason, they did not answer my question and just said it was going to be delivery the next day period. Then they proceeded to notify me that the item I had bought was not available and that the had replaced it for a roses arrangement. Now delivery and arrangement were changed without notification. I requested a full refund. To my surprised, the arrangement was delivered 3 days later in really bad conditions. They didn’t even put the arrangement together. The vase arrived broken. Glass everywhere, chocolate covered strawberries melted and rotten. Roses damaged and burned. This is embarrassing!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY"

"Horrible service! Flowers came looking withered. One came broken. Flowers are quite pricy specially on occasions like valentines. Posting pictures to show my disappointment. Will never buy from 1800Flowers ever again! Thumbs down, gave it one star because zero starts was not an option. Do not waste your money with them."
