"I guess they just don’t like customers. Walked in on a Monday at 4pm and everyone looked at us like we didn’t belong and then went back to twiddling their thumbs. I guess they were too busy staring at the wall to deal with the only customers there. Really disappointing considering we drove 30 minutes to their show room. I really don’t understand the good reviews but after the awkward entrance I told the guy up front we were looking for a few appliances because we are trying to upgrade our dated kitchen. He pointed to a woman in the corner and went back to staring at the wall with the guy next to him. We then went over to her and told her about what we were looking for. She was nicer, but offered no insight to our needs, pulled up the only dishwasher in stock then told us she’d email us later. Brushed off our questions as if she had somewhere to be. She didn’t even take our dimensions or offer a single piece of insight to the 4 appliances we wanted to buy. Just weird for someone who’s supposed to be selling appliances.. We wanted to buy appliances today so we could have them installed asap. I didn’t mind it not being in stock. But they didn’t want to sell to us for whatever reason, they just kept telling us to email. If I wanted to purchase my appliances online I would’ve done so. I was hoping to buy and set up an install date today. The only reason I went there is because I thought they would be more helpful than going with the bigger brand stores. I thought by going to a more local store I would receive better service and maybe they’d care more? But now I’m realizing Home Depot offers better service than whatever that was. Total waste of time, but at least I know I can’t trust them with my kitchen remodel. It’s a shame. Take your location off of google maps if you don’t want people going there."
