"West Kendall store located on 13200 sw 136st #34, miami fl, not the bird store. Terrible people, musky smelling location, dirty inside, cats running all over the place, animal toys and shredded / ripped toilet paper all over the floor (can only guess it's the cats), worst of all, the lady who showed up after we entered and called out (because there was no one at the desk) said "ohhh sworry, no english only spanish". When i called the bird road store number, the same lady answered, seems very fishy to me, especially since no where does it mention they have a west kendall store."
