Nick's Flowers

"I called Nick’s flowers yesterday around noon after a terrible experience with a so called Top Floral company in the US that never delivered the flowers to my girlfriend on the day of my anniversary the day before. Apparently, they use off shore customer service reps that don’t have a clue of what’s going on. I spoke to Nick personally and told him my experience and if he can assist me to get an arrangement delivered that same day. Not only did him deliver the same day (within a couple hours after I called) but the arrangement looked amazing and at a reasonable price. He went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Nick for the great service but also for being human. I will recommend everyone to you!"

"Worst experience ever at this flower shop. I called in to order an arrangement for my aunt’s funeral for same day delivery, they told me they would do the delivery for me since I am out of state. Next day my cousin called me to let me know the flowers were never delivered, i immediately called the owner and he admitted he delivered the flowers and that he would call the funeral home to find out what happened. When he called me back he told me it was the funeral people mistake, that the flowers were placed in another room, and my cousin told me my aunt was the only one that day at the funeral, what a lie from the owner , i am very unhappy and disappointed because i wanted this flowers delivered in memory of my aunt since I couldn’t assist to the funeral and this happened, never ever again ordering from them, terrible experience and this in general in hialeah unfortunately. Thank god I moved from that trash city"

"Nicks Flowers & Gifts did an amazing job rectifying a situation that could have been handled differently by Teleflora. If it wasn't for them my mothers day wouldn't have been what it was. Nicks flowers and gifts sent an AMAZING YELLOW bouquet of flowers to my mom after our delivery was cancelled by door dash multiple times. They even made sure we got a refund and a check. The bouquet was valued more than what our original order was. I am forever grateful and will recommend them to my family & friends in the Miami area. My mom was so happy about her flowers. Thank you for taking the time out to resolve our issues when Teleflora couldnt!"
