"They are open for mothers day. Although Google says they are closed the owner said he opens the store for big holidays when they fall on a Sunday (ex. Mother's Day & Valentines). Great place clean and very nice staff. Was able to get my order right away and they also printed a card for me. Amazing Service."

"Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday from them, they delivered me a bouquet of dead flowers. I went to the store to complain and they said they would refund the money and give me a new one. They gave me a bowl of salad and told me to grow my own flowers. Please pray for me I don’t know what wife is going to do to me. Today is her birthday and all flower shops are closed now after hassling with Century Florist all day"

"My wife received her tulip bouquet today and it is the most pathetic looking bouquet I have ever seen. They were drooping and scattered about like no care at all was taken when preparing it. I was so embarrassed when she walked in the door holding them. She deserved way better than what looked like the work of a five year old. Hard to believe they were okay letting this out the door. I paid $80 for this garbage."

"I wanted to order some flowers for my wife. I thought to avoid big 1-800 companies and use a local florist. After all, these services use the same local florists but they keep most of the money. I thought by going straight to the local business, they would get to keep more of the proceeds and I would get more value for my money -while helping a business in the community. I paid $70 plus tax and delivery for an arrangement that was advertised as "premium". They even offer approximate measurements online of 15 1/2 wide by 14 1/2 high (inches). What we received measured more like 11 X 9. I added photos of what we received and the online advertisement - which appears to be very misleading. I called and complained, and to their defense, they tried to make good and they did send out a replacement which was slightly bigger. They also offered other arrangement options. On the replacement, though, some of the petals were falling off from the roses. But overall, I think the value for my money is just not there. Especially, since they said they went out of their way to make the replacement extra nicer. I have ordered arrangements before and usually, when you spend around $100, you usually receive something fairly nice. I gave them 2 stars because they provided the product and service. They were on time, they dealt with the complaint, and tried to make good. But still, in my opinion, the value for your $ is not there, and their online presence is highly misleading."

"Not impressed... My mother-in-law and father-in-law live in NC and ordered a plant (fern) for my birthday. The sentiment is greatly appreciated but knowing the cost of of $50 based on other plants on their website it is sad. Fern measured approximately 11" high in a small wicker basket....Do not think I will be using this florist for my own orders. RESPONSE to Owner's Comment: I searched ONLINE at Century Florist link. When "fern" was searched the only image/price was for a birds nest fern. In addition, NO Boston fern (like the one received) was listed under PLANTS either. NO actual SIZES were posted only the terms "standard, deluxe, etc." Apparently, the Owner is not aware of the information actually provided on the website. It would be extremely beneficial for customers to have this provided."
