"Unfortunately this location is the worst despite to have friendly staff (by the way very young!) Patrick and Nelson they left but they were the best officer. If one month has 30 days the ATM Machine only work 7 days in the month is normally to see long lines because people can not use it because some times is full of money sometimes is broken? the staff blame the Company responsible for that machine. Bank replace it!! put it in the garbage and bring one new!!"

"I tried to open a simple additional checking account for my business account that I already have with them for 5 years, and the manager did not want to help me at all, they told me to open it in another TD, I do not recommend this branch at all, I just They waste time, that's why they are always empty. first time I have this bad experience with TD and it was for coming to this branch"

"Hands down the friendliest bank in the area. All of the folks here are friendly, attentive, and most of all give you PERSONAL service with a smile. In a world where most banks do not even remember your name , at this location you can expect everyone including the manager to make you feel welcome and a part of the family. This is a throwback to the days gone by when a neighborhood bank was a place you wanted to visit. I can say honestly I have found myself enjoying a chat with the manager , and the staff almost as if it were a local pub and you were casually chatting with the staff. If you want to be well treated and taken care of, and greeted with a friendly hello, I highly recommend switching to this branch. I frankly look forward to my visits. Highest marks to the branch manager Alberto for running this kind of operation, I for one appreciate it very much. Cheers"

"So I try to open an account online and for some reason it forces me to exit that I have to go to a branch to open it. I went today to this branch only to discover I had to make an appointment. They have made it so difficult for me to open a simple checking account. Does TD Bank want my business or not!!??"

"They made me wait in line for 30 mins. The guy behind me said it was like serving jail time. Anyways, after 4 people ask me what I was in line for n I explained, to cash a check I was given from someone that has an account at TD bank, when I was finally seen they told me to cash the check would cost 10.00. They could have told me that before when I mentioned that when I said I didn’t have an account there. Since when do banks charge to cash their own issued checks? Everyone I have been to is free. Thank God I don’t have an account there."
