Wells Fargo Bank

"Go there to dispute an account fee, which was charged as a clear mistake. Talk to a representative there, who reviews everything and says yes it was a mistake, we will reverse the fee. Tells me I should upgrade my account to avoid anything like this happening again. I say sure let’s do it and upgrade the account as I do not want to have to drive down here again to come in person again. I wait for 10-15 minutes while he’s doing whatever he’s doing on his computer. Says all set and ready to go, the fee should reverse and the account was upgraded. 2 days later I get a call from the same exact guy at the bank that the fee won’t actually be reversed, ok fine I said but we upgraded the account so the fee now doesn’t apply anymore. The same guy I worked with at the bank and sat there for 15 minutes while he “upgraded my account” insists that I didn’t want to upgrade my account while I was at the branch. Now in what world could there have been any miscommunication when I clearly said to him I definitely want to upgrade the account now as I do not want to come in to this branch again to deal with this. Also if he never upgraded my account, what was he doing on the computer while I waited for 15 minutes? The entire situation just seemed so over the top ridiculous I was quite literally speechless on the phone. How could you have someone so wildly incompetent anywhere near the money of other people. Definitely do not recommend stepping foot anywhere near this branch, definitely moving banks after this…"

"GARBAGE, having a financial institution background let me saw this place is a joke, tellers are not property trained to give their customers the correct information. Tried calling the branch for several hours and their coordinate customer support even tried with no success. If this is how branches represent Wells Fargo they're DOOMED !"

"Grace was very helpful and courteous. She went the extra mile to help me find the right size safety deposit box at another branch. Thanks to people like her is why I'm still a customer of Wells Fargo."

"This is the worst Wellsfargo branch I have ever been to. There are people waiting and no system to identify the order. With only 2 people ahead of me, I have been here over an hour. There are 3 empty offices but the employees are chit chatting. Let me put it this way. Their Christmas Tree is still up and it is January 18th. Nothing like the branch on Red Road and SW 9 Street. This is a poor reflection of Wellsfargo."

"It feels like a resort when you walk in; well it also depends at what time you arrive but the serenity and peace I got at this location compared to the one in nw 27 ave and sw 57 ave was very nice."
