"I ordered a microwave door based on the model/serial #. It came incorrectly. I went to the Marcone Supply Store at 8861 NW 18 Terr. to return it and the young lady that took care of me was sarcastic and rude. She reordered the part which AGAIN was incorrect. You cannot speak to anyone if you call the local # because they are very busy but when you get to the store you see a lot of people walking around not busy at all. Lots of chit chat. Both times I went there were 2 or 3 people. Never again will I shop at this place. Customer Service 800 # are very nice but do not know there products. I was transferred 3 to 4 times and then transferred back and they still gave me the wrong part # the first time around."
