"Can't speak for the circumstances surrounding the other reviewers but every visit I've made here has been a positive one. Yeah I wish they had more guitars also but I don't think the market is good for them now and the market there is probably not that great for them either, but I did see a new Peavey combo that wasn't there before so you might want to check that out. Anyway, I was hoping to purchase a firearm from them when I had the disposable income and that day finally came. To my surprise the 1911 I was looking for was still there after many months (it must have fallen in love with me too the first time we saw each other and then waited for me the entire time). Most other pawn/gun shops have been pretty well picked over and cleaned out due to COVID-19 but they still had a good selection (my wife said that because it's Middleburg "everyone already has guns" so she's probably right ;-) John had seen me come in occasionally before to window shop and tire-kick; he was always helpful and willing to show me anything I asked to see. I was happy to give him the business now when I could finally do so. Not only that, they had a particular gun that my wife was looking for so I bought it too. John treated me fairly price-wise and I left feeling like I got a great buy. I also bought some accessories and am very pleased with my purchases. My tastes are usually very specific so I don't always see what I'm looking for there, but this time I took care of two birds with one stone. I'm super happy (and so is my wife). Can't wait to go back and get some more ammo after I burn mine up."

"Stopped in yesterday looking for a replacement for a pistol that a pretty face talked me out of. The two gentlemen working behind the counter were polite, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out relatively quickly. I'd definitely shop here again."

"I had 2 very positive encounters this past week there...the guys were both patient and knowledgeable, and I experienced very good customer service...even though I told them I was just looking!!! Well I wound up going back and purchasing multiple items and will be purchasing a couple other very unique, and costly items there soon. I like them there, and think many people dont understand how a pain shop operates...they aren't Kay jewelers folks...and if you're open minded and fair they'll treat you with proper courtesy and respect...on the other hand if you go in their thinking they owe you something, or with an attitude, or frequently go in and never do business...then I would tell you to leave and not let the door kick ya in the backside. I see all these extremely negative reviews on here all saying how rude the folks are there...well let me set the record straight...Stupid is as Stupid does!!! If you expect someone to accurately value a piece of jewelry they can't physically see to evaluate and you think they're rude for telling you their best method to unload costume jewelry...here's your sign!!!"
