"This is the ugliest bouquet of flowers I have ever seen, and to receive it on Mother’s Day, full of dead flowers it’s such a disappointment!!! The fruit was old and spoiled, more than half went in the garbage! The grapes were disgusting, old, the same as the strawberries who were brown on one side and the better side was up! The whole tray was meant for garbage, but was delivered anyway! Doesn’t anyone check before an order goes out the door??? If I could give zero stars to this establishment, I would!!! One of the most important days of the year, and this place failed miserably!!! Someone should send this manager this garbage and see how he/she likes it!!! Shame on you!!!"
"I’m honesty disgusted. Me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship so he ordered me an edible arrangements for Valentine’s Day. It looked beautiful but the second I open the container it instantly smelled bad. As I started looking at the strawberries I could see that the top of almost every single one was rotten. When I peeled the chocolate off of the strawberries I was shocked. I can’t believe that they would sell that to a customer. Especially for $68!! This was a complete waste of money and I feel terrible for my boyfriend. I have noticed that you guys have responded to everyone but me. What’s up wit that?"
"Husband ordered an arrangement to be delivered for Valentines Day to my office on 1/24. At 5pm I received a call asking how long I would be at my office for and if the delivery could be rescheduled. Husband tried to call in the afternoon to see where the order was, and only got a voicemail and no call back. Very disappointing considering edible arrangements are not cheap, he placed an order about 3 weeks in advance (and not last minute) only for it not to be delivered and for me to be told they were “busy” and that is why it was not delivered. Huge holiday for deliveries and everyone is short handed, I get it, but a little more communication would have been appreciated."
"Easy to order online and pick up was easy. For the cost of a large bouquet, I think it’s worth it. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be, so for the cost of the fruit and the labor, I don’t think you can do it cheaper yourself. I bought it for my friends birthday and she loved it. Oh the chocolate covered strawberries were really good and the fruit was fresh and sweet!"
