"Scammers and thieves! I made my final payment on December 7 and they decided to take out an extra 300+ dollars which was 100% unauthorized as my loan was already paid off! I will pursue my money if it cost more to get it back! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! Do yourselves a favor, even if you are in the most desperate times of your lives, DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! Save yourself the trouble!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever done business with! I have proof, bank statements, and screenshots of each and every transaction I have ever made, and they refuse to refund my money! They take money out of your bank account whether you want them or not! I will be disputing the transaction with my bank and If it has to go farther, it certainly will! SCAM!!!!!!!"

"I made a payment on their website link. Did everything exactly the way they directed me to.. I called over 6 times to check on that payment and they told me everything was good. Routing number was good and the payment went through. Even though I didn't see it on my account. So I get a letter of intent to cancel after a month of thinking my account was paid and being told I was worrying too much. Now I have to make that payment plus the monthly payment. I'm on a fixed income.and can't afford a double payment. So frustrated. Not one word from customer serv."
