"If you decide to use this company you had better make sure they understand everything up front! They misunderstood our situation from the beginning unbeknownst to us. After being approved for the loan they realized their mistake and took it back! Everything was disclosed to them up front at the beginning. They made the mistake and chose not to fix it which left us in a huge bind!!!! Use this company with extreme caution!!! Now no one will answer the phone or emails...... Update to your response.....first off your solution was for me to get a line of credit or 2nd mortgage on my house! That was not you fixing your mistake that was putting it back on me! Also, I spoke to Antonio and Rueben so you did have contact with me!!!! You have put us in a very bad situation and we have had to fold our business because of your mistake! You need to prove to me that the broker made the mistake and not your company because I disclosed everything up front!!!! Be very careful using this company!!!!"
