Amscot - The Money Superstore

"Where do I start?! Very unprofessional staff especially an employee named Cassandra. She covers her face with a mask to avoid customers knowing her identity but clearly she is wearing a name tag with her name. She is very rude and authoritative as if she owns the place. Told her shift manager about her and she did not care about what I said. She needs to be put in check before you loose more customers Amscot. Horrible, Horrible customer service.if I could give 0 starts at this location I would."

"Cassandra is an unprofessional person. She had the audacity to look me up and down and skip me to attend another customer then when I asked her why she skipped me she said because she calls to the window who ever she feels like. She then proceeded to give me a hard time just to cash a money order and on top of that laughing to my face. This person shouldn’t be working customer service at all. Shame on you Amscot for allowing this type of behavior!!!!!"

"Cassandra has horrible customer service. It never fails every time I come here she always has an attitude. I am taking my services elsewhere just because of her. Amscot you need to check your employees better especially someone as rude as Cassandra!!"

"This is the worse store to have any business with. The customer service is horrible. The rep that has an attitude problem is Briana, I think she is Jamaican because he badge says "Mi Chat Patois". When asked a question she has to respond on the top of her lungs for all her colleagues to hear and if that wasn't enough disrespect, she keeps mumbling negative comments under her breath with another coworker as she assumed I was not able to hear her. Honestly, I have been to several Amscot locations and this is the worse. In fact, I have never had a customer service problem until today. She should be trained or moved to another department until her attitude improves"
