"I had dropped off a necklace that my boyfriend had bought a few months ago it was very delicate and broke and i was not happy with it .they took it back and sent to maker and made me a new necklace but i had fallen in love with a starfish pendant they had but of course it was more money.and they were willing to trade my necklace for the pendant plus cash but couldn’t do that he was so helpful and we looked all over the store for something cheaper but the pendant matched perfectly with the new necklace so he gave me the pendant as a trade for old necklace .wow all i can say as they made my day i had a terrible week and made me so grateful .so happy there a great people out there and willing to help me .i am forever grateful for what they did thanks so much happy customer"
