"I called this company to fix a ice machine they charge me 480 for nothing because the machine started leaking water all over which it didn't do before then i called them back the next day the guy came and said there wasnt anything wrong with the machine so they wanted to charge me 90 for coming out again .which the machine isnt working right i had another company come they fixed the whole issue the other guy fix it and said the guy didnt even put parts in it.that really bad service but i still paid i sent them a money order and supposedly never got there but it was change now they harrassing me for 90 dollars again which i would gladly pay but with debit and what a convenient that dont have a machine to charge my card what kind of company is that.so whenever you guys get it ill gladly pay it even though im not supposed too..worst service ever ..oh i paid the other company 85 dollars to fix my machine wow"

"Purchased a brand new $3k Hoshizaki in Nov of 2017 from this company, was told it has warranty and we could call anytime for repair. Less than a year later having problems with machine, we call the company and they tell us that they don't have time to come out, they are too busy. Will make sure to post a bad review with every social media site we can about this company. They DO NOT deserve one star"
