Delayed notices/requests for engineering certificates/inspections/repairs that almost cost us the deal. Lack of clarity and explanation on many numerical details/calculations. Overwhelming amount of updates/changes/adjustments to verify information was accurate. All the way to errors on final disclosure, just hours before closing was scheduled. Chaotic to say the least. I would not use this service again or recommend to a friend."
