"The first time I came to drop off my ring to get it resized the staff was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Today I came to pick my ring up and I am greatly disappointed. No one greeted me at all. Granted most of the employees were working with other customers already, but after being in the store for over 8 minutes I watched as they very kindly greeted other customers that came in after me. It appeared as if I was being racially profiled and the same enthusiasm they had with the other customers who were Caucasian was not had for me. I was prepared to make a large purchase today as well for my husband but decided to take my business elsewhere after my experience."

"Please do not purchase any products produced by Zales. I purchased an $800 necklace for my wife at the Coral Springs store. It broke after 3 uses, but since we are out of the 30 day return policy, they were not willing to issue a refund due to "company policy." They only offered a repair or exchange. Customer service tells you to go to the store for a refund. Todd, the store manager, said that I had to take it up with customer service, which proceeded to refuse to refund. If you do not want to be stuck with an expensive product that breaks within 2 months, you are much better off shopping elsewhere. They do not stand by their products. Their primary concern is taking your money and their last concern is customer service. This is an untrustworthy company."
