The so called "ticket system" they have well they need another system it's 2023 upgrade your antiquated ways of business. -5 stars!"

The man who worked on the battery change knew what he was doing.. used the proper fitting tools to remove the water tight back.. He ensured that the water seal ring was properly placed when he put the back plate on the watch.. he is a true craftsman. The cost was only $5.00 ...a pleasent suprise. I would recommend this shop for anytime of jewelry repair."
