"As I was walking by seen several Submariners on display decided to walk in to take a closer look I asked the gentleman I would like to see a newer model with the 41 mm case / ceramic dial . He hesitated & gave me this harsh look & says to me why do I have a mask on (By the way nothing threatening about my appearance 5’6 150lbs) i explained to him that I’m a lung transplant recipient & just marked 1 year from recovery. Besides Covid is still active & Flu season is in full affect . He finally got the watch out I inspected it was at a fair price & ‘23 model exactly what I’m in the market for . Now that I see some of the reviews I come to find out it was the owner I had this experience with . Sir that was not a welcoming experience !!! I write this review so maybe you can learn from it because in life we learn something new everyday !!! (stay positive)"

"I went to the store to kill time with a Gucci shirt and Dior shoes, I was welcomed friendly and nicely; asked for any kind of help, whatever I want to try on. I went to the store 1 week later to check for a watch that came to my mind wearing a relaxed shirt and crocs, I was not greeted and the lady did barely stand up, sat down again after she saw me, stood up again after I did look at here for a while to get help, went up again and answered my question for a particular watch with an annoyed „no“ and turned arround immediately. The whole time security was right behind me with every move. Don’t judge on appearance folks, or at least try to read the right signs, I was wearing a 20k watch the second time. :)"
