"As of today, I've had over 50 times t interact with my bank, Achieva CU since I started with them just over a year ago. Interactions with local branch personnel, as well as the home office folks have been nothing short of STELLAR. Thinking about getting a 2nd home to help one of our kids out, I had the most AMAZING conversation with a SALARIED MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER, Jason Anger (but NOT angry, lol) today and while we couldn't move on things right away, Jason spent 50 minutes explaining what CAN be done in the future and told us how to get there. There are zero down programs for home buyers and parents CAN help with other costs, etc. Just amazing. I am a business owner with multiple accounts at Achieva and HIGHLY recommend them. A breath of fresh air when the big "box" banks seem to make more excuses than providing solutions in these changing times."

"Feels more and more like this bank is going out of business every year. Closed two locations near me. This is the last one left in my area. ATM rarely works and does not accept deposits. Very inconvenient for a bank. Probably switching :("
