At no point he introduced himself, nor asked our names, nor looked us in the eye for the 5 minutes we sat right in front of him. He was super quick to dismiss us and did not even bother to try and help us with our needs. By far the WORST customer service we have ever received by a Fifth Third staff. We felt truly disrespected.
