"Security guard is a little weird, always see him flirting with customers but game is game"

"Unfortunately I didn’t want to have to comment this on here, I used to go to this bank for my job, I had to stop going recently do to feeling uncomfortable by the security guard. Which maybe I gave him the wrong impression by just being nice ?? He had followed me to my car and was asking all these questions “are you married” “do you have kids” “do you live alone” “can I have your number” “do you live in this area” never brought it up to the bank on why I had stopped going, I would just send my other employees there. Today I sent one of my employees there to get change and pick up deposit receipts, they told him they stopped keeping the deposit receipts cause i stopped going there every week, he explained to them that the security guard had made me feel uncomfortable, which the receptionist replied “well she seemed like she was the one going after him”. From female to female that was wrong. Didn’t know all it took to be harassed was just to simply be nice?? Unfortunately this isn’t the first time it happened to a female at this location with the same guy, it happened with my Mother in law as well."

"The worst bank lazy pplz that be inside the bank they close to early right now is 3:40p.m. it say Monday thru Friday 10am-4pm. I don't know why close early if you see that your employee can't keep up with it hire new one."

"This is one of the most used banks in the area with only 2 ATMs and one is usually broken. When they close down the drive thru they could have put more AMTs in that area, with the number of people that they serve in this community you would think they would have thought ahead to do those type of things. Update 1/31/23: Now the are no longer open on Saturday and are only open 10 am to 4pm in a are where people are usually just getting off as they are closing their doors. Where is the customer service?"

"The drive up ATM wasn't working yesterday 12/7. It had a new screen asking what language you'd like and tapping the screen did not take screen to the next option. Cars were lining up behind me so I had to go park and go inside bank. It was more trouble than I wanted. Please repair this tech problem. During Season I use that drive up ATM three and four days a week and it was very annoying for screen to freeze on the language question. I was not pleased. Thank you"
