"What happened: I called 15 mins before close to ask if they have any roses left for Valentines day. The nice lady on the phone said "yes" then went through her options with me slowly and patiently. Delivery: My recipient of course left the house and could not be reached by phone for delivery (I am out of town)- The delivery person not only gave time for my honey to show, but when my honey did not show, the flowers still made it before the night was over! We are talking these flowers still made it even at the late hour. I came to find that it was the two owners who took care of me, the nice lady on the phone, and the wonderful man who made the delivery possibly on Valentines day. Wow. Just wow. They could have easily written the phone call off, written the sale off and certainly written the delivery off. They went over and beyond. I was just floored and my honey was very pleasantly surprised and found their team extremely charming. What a dedicated team of people who care. Again wow! Please give them your business."
