"Horrible. We’re very rude to me. Accused me of talking badly about the manger because I didn’t get the loan in which I wanted. Which isn’t true I’m not a child. I don’t need to make up stories to get people in trouble. I’m very astonished by the horrible treatment in which I received."

"Erica here starts off trying to be helpful and then gets super high pressure. Would not advise doing business with this branch after my experience working with their team. Their national service team is far nicer and easy to work with."

"I Signed up multiple times for auto pay due to my busy schedule and forgetting things often. Initially they stated my account info was incorrect however I don't see how when it's the same account they deposited the loan money into. Anywho I ended up having additional charges etc and when questioning the issue the district manager Tiffany was getting frustrated showed lack of patience turned her computer around to show notes in my account as if that meant anything to me just really rude and stuck up. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. I understand it's not their fault about my forgetfulness but just a little more appreciation for their client as well as respect would have been appreciated."
