Oviedo Beautiful Flowers

"Never the type to leave bad reviews, but all i have to say is do NOT order from here. You will not get your flowers. My boyfriend tried to surprise me at work over a week in advance (I had no clue), they said it was delivered when it never was. He called after he noticed i didn’t get them and told them he needs them TODAY & to send them to his house, they then said it was on the way for the 2nd time but was never sent AGAIN! Never got my flowers. They told him both times it was delivered 100%.. called again & then she said it was still at the shop (they lied multiple times) Horrible customer service never again. Do not trust this place. Horrible. HORRIBLE!!!!! Surprise was ruined & didn’t even get the flowers that he had ALREADY paid for. Disappointing. Never got the surprise my boyfriend was waiting for. What a disappointment. Oh also.. i literally work on the same street, crazy. I definitely get it’s a holiday and it’s busy, but do not lie & tell them it’s definitely been delivered 2 times when it hasn’t even been sent out. Thats what the problem is. (update) Also said multiple days ago there would be a refund asap. Still haven’t gotten the refund after she said it was."

"I received these flowers from my co-workers for retirement (see photo)! First of all the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday at 10:00 AM, instead on Monday at 4:45 PM I got a call asking if I could stay after 5:00 P.M. for them to deliver, I told them that our office closes at 5:00PM. I asked it they would deliver on Tuesday and to make sure that the flowers were fresh, I was reassured that the flowers would be refreshed. Tuesday the flowers were delivered! The roses were all open and the balloon did not coordinate with the arrangement. My coworker called and said that the balloon did not coordinate and that they just tied a random black and white balloon around the base. She was told that they would put the order on record! (what does that mean?). I called and asked to speak with the manager after speaking with the lady that answered the phone and was told that the flowers were delivered on Monday at 10:15 AM. I indicated that the flowers were not delivered on Monday but instead on Tuesday. I spoke with the manager and the manager said I should call 1-800 flowers with my complaints because she felt she had done her job. Please see photo of flower arrangement that was delivered on Tuesday! I do not recommend this shop for any flowers orders!"

"I asked for a unique arrangement that incorporated Hawaiian type flowers along with a wind chime. They said they could do it and they sure did. My niece absolutely adored it - it was gorgeous. I could not be happier. Thank you so much for making her day special. Will definitely order again - oh and great customer service as well. She even called me back to assure me they were delivered.
