"My visit involved redeeming a gift certificate for a one ounce Silver Eagle coin that I’d won for playing Drew’s College of Useless Knowledge (92.5 - “Right All Along”). I was greeted immediately upon entering the door. Scott, who turned out to be the owner, enthusiastically, introduced himself. Then, after I communicated the nature of my visit, I was thanked for supporting the radio station where I’d won prize. You know how sometimes people just seem to go through the motions. Not here, Scott’s gratitude seemed genuine and sincere. He provided me with a brief history about the coin, but never attempted to add-on or upsell, no pressure. His friendliness, and pleasant demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere, and a great overall experience. He appears to love his job.
