"First-don’t bother waiting for Suncoast HQ to mail your debit card. Mine expired 1/2024 and each phone call I made I received a different “duhh” answer as to where it is. I went to the branch to get it. Never did receive it by mail. Second-one or two tellers working hard. But there are always 5-6 employees walking around or standing there watching us wait in line. It’s ridiculous! Third-this bank hits your credit report HARD when you open an account. This is just my experience. I’m sure all these banks are the same. The interest rates are inflated for products. But it’s a smack in the face when you see every quarter that $.82 you get for letting the bank use your money to make themselves rich."

"started off at drive thru ATM, rep Mariby advised of my need to go inside, rep Ken greeted me within half a minute of my entering, on the surface he was nice but I felt an air of haughtiness deep down, did not seem well versed on his computer either, idk maybe he's new and still getting to know your system, anyway he tried to help but had to have me wait for other rep due to my needs regarding replacement credit card, apparently it's only quick and easy to replace a debit card only, not a credit card though, I was first in the waiting area, soon two other separate people joined me there to wait our turns, Sundra called my name correctly, she was exceptionally nice, very helpful, incredibly personable, and super efficient, I felt rushed near the end though, apparently a lonnng line of people came in after me, all my needs were met plus one I didn't know I even needed, now to patiently await my new card, I reeeally need it for going out of town in twelve days!!"
