"This is the best jewelry store in Naples!!! Alan and Jamie were very welcoming, making me feel right at home. Definitely the "Hometown" feel! I brought in my engagement ring that needed a new stone. I had taken it to a different repair shop in town, but it was damaged in the process of trying to get the stone in. I was told the stone could not be placed in that particular ring. I visited another store in town and was told it could not be repaired to look how it should. But after taking it to Alan, he said he could repair my ring and place my stone. I picked up my ring after waiting a week( which was less wait than the first store) and my ring is GORGEOUS!!! I couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism, and quality of work. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a jeweler."

"The owner (Alan) went over and beyond what one needs to do to please a customer. I missed their phone message that my necklace was ready. Now I need to mention: it was a gift and needed it. I left a message that they didn’t call (which they did and I missed it) anyhow Alan heard my message and picked up the necklace and offered to meet me so I could get the necklace and have my gift.
