"The customer service at this bank is good however it is poorly run. Large lines and 2 tellers and 5 people sitting around talking and not helping customers. Do not go to this bank in the early afternoon you will wait at least an hour"

"I have been a customer at this bank for roughly 7 years. I really don't even need to bank with them. I use my account there as a secondary. I am a veteran and use Navy Federal credit union as my primary financial institution, and with good reason. I have never seen a greater display of poor customer service in my life. I had went there one day to make a deposit. A branch manager that was later identified to me as Jennifer approached me while I was in line. She inquired about the reason for my visit. After I related to her that I was there to make a deposit, she asked me if I had my deposit slip filled out. I told her that I have never done so in the past. She said that I need to complete one prior to presenting my deposit to the teller. I explained that I did not have my reading glasses with me. She motioned to get me a deposit slip stating that I needed to fill it out to make that deposit. I am a fifty-one year old disabled veteran who did not have his glasses and the woman refused to service me. What lack of ethics and empathy this woman has. She must be a misandrist and/or a sadist to treat men like that. If you are a disabled and/or a man, I would stay clear from that bank as long as she is a manager there. On a side note, there are two employees at that location who exemplify what it means to work in customer service. Both tellers Matthew and Ediel are exceptional in their attention and care to their clients. They always go out of the way to converse with me in a pleasant tone. They too assist me by filling out my deposit slips upon my visits. The way that they interact with Bank of America clients is night in day from that branch manager's demeanor. "This is the worst bank ever, they are raciest and pic who they help. They help other people in line with deposits and when it came to me she said I’m in the right line. It’s always a long line and never more than one person helping as managers walk around. If I didn’t have to pay rent here I would never step foot in that place."
