"Great service!"
"There are 20 people in Here right now and only one person helping everybody. I don’t know what kind of bank is this but I won’t recommend anybody coming here. And If you want better experience just open account at other Banks. Till they figure out a system to not make people wait here like they work for the bank."
"The employees seem okay. But I wouldn't suggest coming to this location for services other than to use the ATM. Reason being is because you might stand in line for 30 minutes or so before you will actually get seen. Once you're seen it will take probably another 30 minutes to take care of your issue. I wouldn't come here unless I just absolutely have nothing else to do that day."
"If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. They only keep one teller that runs the window and the desk. When I went to ask for my direct deposit form for a new job, the teller gave me the wrong routing number on the printout. After waiting 3 weeks at a new job for my first check, it is coming 5 days later because of their mistake. Of course , there’s nothing they can do, but as soon as 5/3 sees me at fault they want my $."
"I have been with 53rd Bank since they opened here in Tampa. I became disabled in 2014 and have since always had direct deposit. I got overdraft fees of $37 for a $1 charge. Then I got $40 in fees $10 a week for being overdrawn. I get DIRECT DEPOSIT EVERY MONTH. They would not assist me to recuperate some of these non sense charges especially the length of time I've been with them, monthly direct deposit from social security. I feel that is very unprofessional especially during this time of pandemic. I was told by customer service that I should change my bank being they can't help me. Let's exploit from the disabled and the elderly. If you are on a fixed income you may want to look at other banking options, they don't care about keeping long and loyal customers happy and surviving. Poor customer service. I'm being generous giving 2 stars and only because there are a few representatives that will help you."
