"The team at the branch on Palmbrush in Bradenton has been outstanding, even during the challenges of COVID. I recently moved to FL and reached out to a couple of potential banks and was not impressed. I initially dealt with Anthony Robinson who worked to set up my accounts. He was so efficient and helpful and responsive. When I did not receive a promotion that I signed up for, he got his Mgr Katherine involved and she took care of it immediately. They exemplify what your bankers should be."
