"Had a 5am appt. Drove all day to get down here so I don't miss it. Get here & they don't let you park overnight. I come back to make my delivery at 4:45 after riding around for close to an hour trying to find somewhere to park and nap. They sit around and fumble with papers while you're standing at the window for about 10 mins... just me in line lol. To top it all off, they want an appt number to even accept the load. I have my paperwork the shipper gave me and the trailer is sealed but they won't take it because I don't have a specific number just to check in. Of course the broker's done cut his phone off until 8am smh. This is crazy! Especially for the rate on this load. Save yourself from the headache please!"

"Ordered over the range Microwave which was sold-out everywhere! We didn't want to pay $90 shipping and wanted it today. Was very simple, went to customer pickup with your order number and ID, they'll direct you to drive around left side of building and they'll load it up for you! Staff was very professional, social distances, the drive was only about 45 mins for me."
