"Staff is pretty much non-existent. There was one guy that finally asked if we needed any help. Prices are just OK. We were looking at a refrigerator that, we thought, seemed like a pretty decent deal. We checked on line and actually found the exact same model on sale, new in the box, for the same money."

"Great place to get scratch and dent appliances! And their delivery was next day, 2 days before Christmas! Our expensive, newly-bought Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot broke unexpectedly around the 5 year mark during the holidays and we needed to replace it quickly. There were so many great deals at Best Buy Outlet and I vowed to never buy an overpriced refrigerator again. We got a great GE refrigerator with the same 1 year manufacturer warranty as our previous fridge and saved 60% off the list price. It works perfectly and we even prefer the water dispenser and layout to our previous Samsung which cost twice as much 5 years ago. It has 1 small unnoticeable dent and some sticker residue that we were able to easily clean off. I recommend you check it out if you need an appliance."

"Took a laptop in to get serviced. Specifically told them about a problem with opening the lid and they said that there was a screw missing and that some of them were loose. After getting it back the problem with the lid was still happening. It turns out they never replaced the screen or tightened the other ones. This was the main reason for taking in the laptop and they never did anything with it. The paperwork had notes on it about the screws so not sure how it was completely missed. I'm very disappointed with the service and I don't think I would take anything back to this location. If they can't take care of the little things how do I trust them to take care of the bigger problems or trust that they did anything else they said they were going to do."

"They've have great customer service. Came and was greeted and was welcome to look around. All the employee were engaging with other customers which was good. We didn't find what we were looking for but we liked the prices of items there. We'll be back soon."

"This Best Buy location is all of the Open Box/scratch and dent products in one warehouse-like location. They are always getting new products all the time. I was very pleased with the washing machine that I purchased. I was in a jam and needed a washing machine asap. I was able to shop around, hassle free, which is nice to look around without pressure to buy. There was many friendly employees working so when it was time to purchase, the check out time was super quick, and I was able to get same day delivery, which was my main reason for shopping at this location. All items are clearly marked with why it is open box, prices listed on each item, each item is tested before being placed on the sales floor. With many washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and even TVs to choose from at super low prices, I will definitely shop there again. It is work the trip out to this location. They have a 2 week return period, and also offer extended warranty on items."
