"Terrible customer service. They change the battery of my watch and they didn’t close the lid of my watch correctly. Now I got water damage because of it and it is a waterproof watch and I was just with the hose that it became wet not even while swimming. Now my watch is broken. I came back today to show them and they told me the person that changed the battery is no longer working there anymore and that’s all. They couldn’t help me and they didn’t provide any compensation or whatsoever. Terrible customer service !!!!"

"I was given a diamond solitaire ring and needed to have it sized along with my wedding band. I also wanted both of the rings soldered together. The jeweler did a very nice job with the sizing and soldering of the 2 rings. I called to see if I could pick my rings up early instead of having to wait another day to get them due to an unexpected work meeting. The jeweler was very accommodating and had them ready for me to pick them up prior to the original pick up time."
