"I never went into this back before. I decided to go today and see if they had $2 bills and 50 cent pieces, as I went to Wells Fargo, truist, and another bank. I pulled up to the window, spoke with the agents and had a nice conversation with them. Had one lady said they will order $2 bills and have them next week. No problems. And I do not bank with them. I went to this bank, and spoke with the guy at the drive through. Asked him the same question. I guess they only sever their customers. He said we only do exchanges with our customers. Lol. Will never get an account from them. Sorry, we the people need a bank that is going to serve our community, that has our best interest. Not talk and look at usas if as we are under them. If you have a bank with them. Please review how they treat out people. Total disrespect. Look at the other reviews. Their actions and what they say tell the truth about them. Maybe that's why I don't see anyone there when I pass by."
