"Darden credit union is a sham a front if you will. I called abput my Darden pay card for dispute after dealing with paycheck plus a3rd party payroll for Darden employees. They couldn't do anything because they don't handle the cards. Ok so I called visa corporate found out Darden credit union is actually USF credit union Darden actual credit union. They couldn't do anything because Darden controls the payroll which only in entering it then it goes to paycheck plus giving them zero control. Good to see they are as fraudulent of a company as there restaurants.are to employees And I was told 5 days for my dispute after 5 days I was told 45.i also had to replace a card went through 9 cards before I got one that worked I went without pay for a month."

"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a bank. I went to a car wash that cost $10 a month ago, they charged my account the other day for $20 and I called to dispute the transaction. The first time I called I was told I couldn’t dispute until the payment posted. After the payment posted, I called again and this lady kept talking over me, told me it would take 90 days to dispute and that I would have to mail in a written letter just to dispute the transaction. Then I would have to wait for them to mail me back a resolution. I don’t have time to correspond for 3 months for $20. I told her that was unreasonable and I would like to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold for 1 minute then told me the supervisor was on a call. I believe she put me on hold and pretended to try to contact a supervisor. Absolutely disgusting “customer service” and I will never bank here again."

"The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I opened an account and used my parents address which is on my id. I got in contact with customer service when I needed my member number to enroll in online banking to change my address. They asked me to send my social security card and I did. Still would not give me my member id. I am closing my account. I can only imagine what a customers have to deal with, with other services they provide."

"There is no reason getting a replacement card after your card expires should be this difficult, I suggest banking with another union, They want me to send a fax of my ID enlarged 200 percent and 3 shades lighter than the original color lmao where can i even locate a fax machine, they have you jumping thru hoops to access you own money. Just go to Wells Fargo bro."

"I can't even open an account even if I wanted to. I applied online and it stated I'd hear back in 2-3 business days, it's been weeks and have yet to hear back from anyone! I called several times only to be hung up on every time one of their call agents gets stuck and can't find any record of me applying. Ironic, huh? I tried calling again and call volume is so high it takes well over an hour for another callback. So I decided to actually look up reviews of this credit union and boy am I not surprised. I guess lucky for me I didn't get as far as opening an account here, and I don't think I'm going to now..."
