"Arrived 20 minutes prior to appointment and gave all of the required documentation so that all was ready for the appt time and it was handled efficiently. Appt time came and ended 45 minutes later without explanation for the delay. Loan officer was nice but didn’t introduce herself to us, just sat down to go into disclosures and documents. Each time I asked a question, she would leave the room to seek advice from someone else. In all fairness, maybe she was new on the job and nervous and did finally serve us well. All together, our half hour appointment was one hour and a half and difficult for our age to sit that long."
